Heroes and Generals

Been playing this game a bit for the past two days.

It's a MMORTS/FPS combination game though I have only played the FPS part so far. Free to play (freemium) and currently in beta. It's set in WWII. The FPS part features different weapon types (e.g. M1 Garand) as well as a number of vehicles (tanks and I've heard mention of airplanes, but haven't seen those yet myself). Also, you can ride a bycycle which makes it an awesome game by itself.

So far I'm having a lot of fun, getting shot a lot, shooting other a little less. Don't expect combat as fast paced as CoD or BF:BC. I think it compares best to America's Army but at least you can respawn in this game :p.

So yeah....follow the saying of Julius Caesar with which everyone is so familiar:
"I registerd, I downloaded and then I won" - Julius Caesar.
